I was sad about the closing last year because I hadn't gotten there yet despite all the praise from Raffi at Waddling Kitchen and his recommendations that I use their croqeumbouche as a wedding cake or centerpiece/dessert. I hope the replacement UES patisserie happens.

The place was amazing, if more for the pastries than the sit-down aspects. I can't wait.
