What is this?: סיגפו

Who is this?: עומד מול ראי

Apparently, blogger, unlike my iTunes, recognizes Hebrew.

Oh, so it's not a person. I'd guessed it was, since the lyric is "here I am, ___," but that makese sense too. Thanks!

who sings it?

did you find out what that first word means?

The group's name is בית הבובות.

Apparently that word is made up, but I wanted to know I guess if it's based on any word, or maybe just what part of speech it's supposed to be. This might be helpful: http://mp3music.gpg.nrg.co.il/lyrics/9116.html

The band, as stated earlier is בית הבובות
(the doll house)
both your questions refer to names of their songs.
The one now one new of is just "Singap" which is basically the first few letters of Singapore - which is the name of one of their first 3 hits.
