Not putting any bakeries out of business any time soon, but the rolls were rather tasty, considering the amount of straying from the recipe necessary to achieve what I imagined to be the consistency of bread dough.

Is this the NYT 24 hour bread?
My mother just asked me the same thing, so I had to look up what that is. I wish I'd made the 24-hour bread, as this (a loose interpretation of Bittman's dinner rolls from "How to Cook Everything") ended up taking many hours and, due to a lack of food processor and my lack of understanding of how yeast works, involved having to throw out dough #1 before starting on the one pictured above.
I see you like Nutella.
Yum! I just made cornbread. Maybe this is next... I should figure out scones.
